Hi, I am urgently looking for an African or Nigerian female roommate to sublease for me. This lease ends on October 2024 and can be renewed. I have a lovely female roommate who is currently living at the apartment. There is a security deposit of $470 that has to be paid with the $930 for rent. But after you leave the apartment your security deposit is refundable in full price, if no item owned by the property is damaged, but if an item or two is damaged, money will be deducted from the security deposit when returned. The rent includes water and internet but Hydro and parking are paid for by you. NO FURNITURE IS PROVIDED. THE RENT PRICE IS FIXED FOR I DO NOT OWN THIS APARTMENT.

She is quiet, clean and reserved so you don’t have to worry about any noise . She is respectful of boundaries and easy to communicate with There is so much I can say about her, and why she is the perfect roommate.
