Bright, clean, furnished bedroom in a safe and secure high-rise apartment building. Unit is a penthouse apartment on the 12th floor. Located close to downtown Toronto (Pape Ave/Cosburn Ave), in a quiet residential area, Pape Village.

10 minute walk to Centennial College Story Arts Campus, 5 minute walk to buses, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, 15 minute walk to Pape Subway Station/Danforth Avenue.

The bedroom is furnished with a single size daybed and comfortable new mattress, a night table with lamp, a tall dresser with drawers, a double size closet, TV (no cable), a desk, chair, desk lamp and mirror. The window has room darkening curtains and a roller blind. The bedroom is bright, has afternoon sun/sunset with a large window, lots natural light and great views, it’s located on the west side of the building.

The apartment also has a south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the Toronto skyline, Lake Ontario and Don Valley.

Utilities included: water, heat, hydro, and Wi-Fi. There is coin laundry in the building. Parking is available upon request, I believe the cost is $75 per month (not included in rental rate) but I’ll have to confirm with the building management. Rent is $1100 a month inclusive, first month and last month rent deposit required.

Looking for one clean, quiet, mature, trustworthy female roommate (due to shared areas) looking for a quiet place to live for a short term rental. Not suitable for more than one person, so no room sharing, sorry!
