It’s an amazing 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. Prime location on Front St. E & Sherbourne. I occupy the master bedroom and looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom. The room comes with a complimentary Twin bed and privacy covers for the sliding doors. It has a closet and your own private bathroom located just beside the room. Shared areas include the kitchen which includes a dishwasher, the living room area and a spacious area (Den) in the condo which can serve as a work/study area. It features a large balcony with spectacular views of Toronto Skyline. Free wifi (500 Mbps) included. Only utility bill is Hydro and it will be split equally between us. Deposit first and last month’s rent deposit and key deposit ($250). The key deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease. I’m 23 y/o and currently doing my Masters in Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly called Ryerson University. I’m a quiet, calm and chill individual. I’d ideally like to have a roommate I can be friends with so the apartment has a home-like ambience. At the same time I’m big on respect and respecting each other’s personal space. I’m in school full-time which keeps me busy most of the time but in my free time I watch movies, listen to music and hang out friends. I’m very clean and big on hygiene too, I’d love a clean and tidy person as well and also shared places such as the living room, work areas and kitchen to be clean always.
