Destiny's room

We will be moving into a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom town house in N.E. Calgary at the end of October. There is Laundry, a dishwasher and A/C. The house is furnished but you would need to provide your own bedroom furniture. I’ll add photos of the room soon, I have a few photos from the add the landlord posted but none of the furniture is ours. Let me know if you have any questions for us! $825 + 1/3 of utilities if split with one person, would adjust if renting to a couple.

My name is Destiny(25) my fiancé Dustin is(31). We looking for a roommate or possibly another couple to split living costs with, we are clean, respectful and pretty laid back. We have two well trained cats. My fiancé works out of town so it would be nice to have someone to hangout with that has a similar lifestyle to ours.
