Only a 5 min drive to UTM, QEW, and 403. All utilities included. Beautiful spacious backyard is an outdoor oasis with an outdoor pool, fire pit and gas bbq. Fully stocked shared gourmet kitchen with all appliances (air fryer, insta pot, vitamix, dishes, etc.) included. One parking space also included. For couples, a second car will be +$50/month. I am a teacher by profession and a dog mom to 2 amazing dogs (about 5 and 6 years old). This is an easy-going, close knit neighbourhood; all are very welcoming and friendly. Looking for a drama free, clean and quiet roomie who welcomes wagging tails, furry wiggly bums and licks from my two dogs when you come home.
