Looking to rent one large bedroom with a bathroom in a 4 bedroom semi in North York close to TTC, subway, parks, schools and Yorkdale mall. Renter would have access to shared laundry room and kitchen.

I’m looking to rent to another professional woman who is single, widowed or divorced, who can provide proof of stable and ongoing income above $70K per year. If it’s a student, other proof of payment will be required. A strong credit score is also beneficial.
