Laundry is 1 load per week and all other utilities are inclusive. Room can be also shared among other female friends if you prefer. Single occupancy is $875. 2 people can share for 550 each.

So far I have students living here for last 2 years. All worked great. We are the host family of 4 two are teenagers.
