Hey there! I am subletting one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment as I am studying abroad next semester in Scotland! The apartment is newly renovated with charm, fully furnished, and with all utilities included.

Rent is 950 a month with everything included!

The apartment is in a great location, especially for McGill students. It’s walking distance to McGill, 5 min to Mont-Royal Metro, and right between St-Laurent + St.Denis. It’s close to many parks, stores (Segals), and fun restaurants.
