One private bedroom in a large home available in Leslie Valley neighbourhood of Newmarket. House is shared with two laid-back full-time working professionals and a happy dog. Bathroom is shared with one of the roommates. All utilities and wifi are included in the price.

House comes with plenty of communal space, front porch, back deck, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. No smoking is permitted on the property.
