3 bedroom duplex 1400 sq with a nature view (a large pond with nature walks around it) and a bumblebee friendly backyard in the back. There is a bus stop right beside the house, and decent public transport options for downtown. Mahogany has a big lake and many bike paths around it. Also there is year round activities access to the community center and church.
Your fully furnished room is the master bedroom with a walk in closet, and bathroom where you can enjoy full privacy. I live in the midsize bedroom and keep the smallest bedroom as office.

I am a friendly and quiet 54 yo nurse working at the close by hospital in Seton, and love to bike to work and all over the city. I love nature and gardening outside my full time shift worker job. I am clean, but not a clean freak: I understand that life happens and can catch up with chores the next day… having said that, I cannot stand cigarette smoke or hard liquor smell. I am not that crazy about cooking either (again, certain smells like fried fish or dip fry anything). I love pets: got myself a senior doggie from the shelter last year. Very friendly with people and other critters. So here we are, looking forward to making your stay peaceful and comfortable!
