Furnished Private room for rent

We are subletting out one bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse. Power, water, heat, and internet are not included in the rent (150 extra). It is available from November 1 until February 28.

The house is a three-floor duplex with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The top floor has the bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry.

The middle floor is shared and contains the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and access to the deck.

The garage mostly occupies the bottom floor but includes additional storage closets, a home office/gym, and another bathroom.

The house is fully furnished.

You would have space for one vehicle in the driveway (2-car), and there is plenty of room in the garage for storage. As a corner lot, the house has a larger yard than is typical on the street. Several parks and plenty of trails are nearby (one just across the street). House is 1-2km from groceries, restaurants, gyms, etc.

You would be joining two other roommates. One is in Marketing and the other an Engineer. We also have a cute little home inspector and play date - a pet dog
