Eva's room

A very large, single furnished room is available in a large 1940’s house in Saanich. We are a considerate and friendly household, I am looking for a responsible and friendly female to join us.

The house is on a quiet street off Admirals Rd, on bus routes 14, 24 and 25. Walking distance to Admirals Walk shopping area. The house is very private: situated on an acre, surrounded by trees and gardens, with lots of space and some views of portage inlet. House privileges includes 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, gardens, laundry room, hot tub, all utilities including Wi-Fi. The bedroom (size: 12’9“ x 19’5“) is up one flight of stairs and has a double bed, closet, dresser, desk, desk lamp, mirror, chair, carpet. Storage and other furnishings can be provided as required.

COVID vaccinations are required given the global situation we are in. No pets, no drugs and no smoking in the house please. I’m flexible on duration of stay and no lease is required.

The current roomies consist of the owner (female, working part-time from home, 50’s) and a female vegan university student (20’s). We are very friendly and considerate, we clean up after ourselves and expect the same in return.
