The apartment is a fairly decent size with a nice view of the city at night. It’s located right by the Atwater market along the Lachine canal. 5 minute walk from Lionel-Groulx metro station. The building offers 24/h security, as well as 24/h free access to the gym and free access until 11PM to the pool as well. Parking could be provided to you but that would be an additional $250/month that you would have to sort out with the property manager yourself.

I’m an extremely social person but I also value my alone time and don’t want someone who’s loud. I’m a good balance of intro and extrovert so I’m looking for someone who matches that energy. I read and I box and you will find me to order way too many things on Amazon, lol. I am not a good cook however so if you come with skills in that area that’s a plus. Message me some stuff about you!
