The apartment is in a very nice area with grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, a gym etc. It is very close to the Blue Line station (west curve station) 5 minutes walking. The apartment has big windows guaranteeing natural lightness. There are two bedrooms and you can choose. The small one is $779 and the big one $879. There are more two bills shared: internet $80 and energy +- $60. Parking is available for $50/month. The interested need to book a visit with me and then will send their information for approval by Avenue Living (responsible for the apartment). After approval, the person will be inserted on the lease with me, we can discuss these details together. Also, if you need to move in before December 1st, we can chat about.

I am really respectful, and open-minded mind, and have physical activities (workouts, hiit, and spin).
