Mackenzie's room

Central location in Glenmore. Right next to the Save On and IGA. Private bathroom. Friendly community and neighbours. Pet friendly townhome. Plenty street parking. Access to the spare room for additional space for clothing, etc. or to have family or friends over to visit as needed. All bills taken care of. Fully furnished. Access to Netflix and all our accounts! TV in the bedroom.

One couple F, 27 and M 28. Both work and travel a lot. We work a 4 on 4 off rotation. He works out of town doing mining, and I work 10 hour shifts at the hospital as a social worker. We are very quiet and clean. Our current roomate is leaving us to go back to the island but ideally we are looking for someone like her, who doesn’t use the house to party, rarely drinks, is very active and into fitness and outdoors like us. Hopefully we establish a friendship, have respectful boundaries upon move in. We have one small dog, named Jax. He’s a 6 year old chihuahua. Not like most Chihuahuas, he is pretty tame and quiet with his old age. Ideally looking for non-smokers as well. No smoking in the house. Looking for a 6 month lease then month to month thereafter.
