Looking for someone to move-in as soon as possible! The apartment has two floors, with a spacious living room and kitchen on the first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light! The living room is furnished. There is a shared toaster oven, microwave, blender, and rice cooker in the kitchen (as well as plates/bowls/cups/utensils). The apartment has a washer and dryer in-unit. There is one bedroom available to rent which is furnished. All of the bedrooms have closets. The two larger bedrooms (unavailable) have windows and the smaller bedroom (available) has a skylight, no AC. The bedroom available is cheaper than the other two to offset the size difference.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building, there is one other unit. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Eglington or Lawrence station. There are lots of restaurants, parks, and stores nearby. It takes me 30 to 45 minutes on the TTC (including the walk) to get to the UofT campus.

My roommate and I are clean, respectful, and friendly! I am a 4th year undergrad at UofT, looking to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Health. My roommate is a dancer and dance instructor. We are open to being friends with the new roommate but also respectful of space and privacy. We stick to a weekly cleaning schedule and are looking for a roommate who values a clean home.
