Looking for roommate, potentially could move-in June, or at the latest September. Info on bills below!

The apartment has two floors, with a spacious living room and kitchen on the first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light! We share appliances, dishes, etc in the kitchen. The apartment has a washer and dryer in-unit. There is one bedroom available to rent which has a bed (with storage) but is otherwise unfurnished. All of the bedrooms have closets. The two larger bedrooms (unavailable) have windows and the smaller bedroom (available) has a skylight, no AC (comfortable in September-May, but not available during the summer months). The bedroom available is cheaper than the other two to offset the size difference. Bills (hydro, wifi, water heater) range from $70 to $90 a month, each, depending on hydro usage. Deposit is last month’s rent and a security deposit. I have 3 year-old cat who is super friendly, please keep your door closed if you don’t want him going in.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building, there is one other unit. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Eglinton or Lawrence station. There are lots of restaurants, parks, and stores nearby. It takes me 30 to 45 minutes on the TTC (including the walk) to get to the UofT campus.

My roommate and I are clean, respectful, and friendly! We are female, early twenties, and prefer a female roommate. I work for a non-profit in urban agriculture. My roommate is a dancer and dance instructor. We are open to being friends with the new roommate but also respectful of space and privacy. We stick to a weekly cleaning schedule and are looking for a roommate who values a clean home.
