Close to major bus routes, and roads. The entire furnished basement is available for rent and includes a cozy bed, sofa, private bathroom, and shower. You’ll have access to shared laundry and a shared kitchen. There’s also outdoor parking available in the backyard with a plug-in for winter. The home features a small outdoor space with a deck, patio, and a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the house with just my mom, who lives upstairs. She’s a kind, retired woman who enjoys gardening, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones. The atmosphere is peaceful and homey, with both Spanish and English spoken. There are also two super friendly cats who love company and get along well with other pets. We’re happy to welcome other pets, as long as they’re comfortable around cats and a pet deposit is provided.
