Hi Everyone!!!

I have a private bedroom for rent starting November 1st, located in North Burnaby. Location is walking distance to public transportation (bus,skytrain), walking distance to all major grocery stores and Brentwood shopping mall. 15 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver or 25 minutes with public transit.

It’s 10 minutes walk to BCIT Burnaby, direct walking distance to UBC bus and all other college and universities.

I’m renting one private bedroom with private bathroom, the common area (kitchen, living room, balcony) is shared with me.

House and the bedroom is fully furnished, cutlery and dishes, pans and pots, cups etc… is provided.

Rent is $1600 (Utilities Shared Half with me)

Parties and overnight guests, loud music after 9:00pm and heavy alcohol or drug users are not welcome, this house is a safe space to relax and call home.

Ideal candidate:

Someone tidy and respectful, either full time student or full time working professional with proof of income and previous landlord reference. International students are welcome.

I’m personally very organized and like to keep everything clean, I have my personal space and respect everyone else’s privacy, I would expect the same from my roommate.

I’m in my early 20s, looking for a roommate around my own age.
