I’m looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2. The available bedroom is spacious with lots of storage. The room is unfurnished. The apartment is in NDG, about a 5 minute walk from Villa metro and Vendome metro, and very close to a variety of bus stops (24, 138, 102, 105, etc). The place is also very close to two large parks (King George and Girouard) and a bunch of shops and restos since it’s within walking distance to both Monkland Village, Westmount, and Sherbrooke. There is no in-unit laundry but the building has a laundry room in the basement where’s there’s also a storage unit. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 story building, so there’s no upstairs neighbours and lots of natural light in the living room. The building is very pet friendly, and I have a cat myself so any roommate would have to be pet friendly too. I’m also open to more pets if you have any yourself. The rent is $675 for December and January, and then goes up to $730 in February until the lease ends on January 31, 2025. Neither hydro or internet is included in rent but usually comes out 20$ per person depending on the season.

I’m Ali and I’m 25. I work full time in a library and I’m also working on a master’s in public policy so I’m pretty busy. I’m very social but I also love my alone time. I like to go out with friends, cook, read, host dinner parties, and spend lots of time outside. I’m looking for a roommate around the same age with a similar lifestyle, who’d be interested in making the apartment home-y space.
