Hey! Iv found this really nice brand new basement in Mississauga. Met with the land lord and liked me. Wanted to know if I could help him rent out the second room.

Things to know:- • Brand new legal basement. •Has brand new appliances. •Your own bathroom. • Unfurnished room (no bed etc). If you need a bed he has a single bed frame and you need to buy a matress. • First and last required with a deposit fee of $750 • Again this is not my place and I’m looking for a roommate. I’ll refer you to the owner for him for any additional questions I may not know.
