House has both upstairs bonus room and spacious open-floor main living area. Plenty of street parking available. Room for rent in Lake Summerside community (access to community lake with beach, tennis courts, fishing, hockey and skating rinks in winter, other amenities). Great multi-use paths around stormwater ponds. Bus stop a couple hundred feet from front door. Quick vehicle access to Anthony Henday (5 min), QEII (5 min), South Common (5 min), airport (15 min). No smoking, no pets.
Easy-going professional looking for similarly clean, personable roommate. Preference for another woman, but mostly looking for respectful personality where we will get along. I work from home, but am very outdoorsy/active on evenings and weekends. We may get along extra-well if you also enjoy sports (soccer, running, hiking/scrambling, backcountry skiing) - obviously not required, but points of potential common interest :)
