We are looking for a roommate to sublet a private room for rent in our apartment from December 1st. Parking is available at an extra cost; we need to speak to the office in the lobby for parking info. The apartment is a 15-minute walk and a 3-minute drive to York university campus, a 7-minute bus ride/20-minute walk to finch west subway station, and a 18-minute bus ride/22-minute walk to York university subway station. There is also a Walmart, dollarama, and no frills at a 25 minute bus ride from the apartment. We keep our apartment clean so we expect the new roommate to do the same and clean after themselves.

We are two sisters living in this apartment and we are both university students. We look forward to welcoming our next roommate.
