Hi, I’m seeking a roommate / residential partner to share a rental that’s great for working professionals, and offers quick access to any part of Toronto downtown as well as suburbia. This rental at Etobicoke, ON M9W 1W4 is a well equipped, secure, furnished 1 bedroom apartment (4th floor) in Etobicoke, located right next to the TTC, groceries, restaurants, coin laundries, clinics, Walmart, Costco, shopping, and the library.

We take care of any errands around the house as necessary, and have a well stocked kitchen (with a large fridge, stoves, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, utensils, supplies, snacks ), humidifier, large screen TV, high speed unlimited internet over WiFi, computer games, PS4, DVD library and fully equipped bathroom (tub too).

I prep my own food most days, and am happy to accommodate your meals , if you decide to save time cooking on specific days that may be busier than usual, or if you would like me to keep a lunch packed for you ( for any days when you let me know beforehand ). We are 2 occupants. seeking a third person.

I’m a quiet and keeps-to-myself kind of guy who works around 40 hours a week in IT as an independent tech consultant, and I graduated from Sheridan College in Oakville. My employers and clients are based in the US and Norway. The property owner is of Scottish heritage and works nights / early morning in equestrian care for racehorses.
