I’m renting a private room in a 3-bed, 1-bath house, shared with me. Available: April 1st, 2024. Short-term lease flexibility. Price: $900 per month, including all utilities and WiFi. (On-site coin-operated laundry in the basement.

📍 Location: Dufferin & St Clair. 5-10 minutes’ walk from the bus stop and streetcar. Lowkey neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and gelato bars. Proximity to a public library and Earlscourt Park.

📄 Rental terms: Off-lease roommate agreement. Rent payable to me; not covered by the RTA. Required documents for applications: Proof of income / Credit report. Previous landlord’s reference. First and last month’s rent required. When applying, please share a bit about yourself.

🏡 I work in Digital Marketing, 3-4 days from home. In my free time, I enjoy skating, and I used to play the drums. Even though I like listening to music, I value quiet evenings and respect others’ space and time.

I am looking for a roommate who also likes to keep the space clean and organized. Happy to share meals and chats, but also I understand the need for personal space. No smokers & Pets. Thank you!
