I have a very nice detached home that is well kept and could be perfect if you are looking to rent a private bedroom in North Bay. Shared living spaces otherwise, however these are kept clean and if you are also, tidy and a courteous individual; I’d foresee no issues with this arrangement. The location has parking and is steps away from numerous bus stops. Located towards the downtown core, but not in some of the more ‘sketchy’ areas of the city. Amazing neighbours who are mostly elderly on the street and who keep their respective properties all very nice like mine, as well. Very large backyard (fenced) and storage available (to a degree) if required. Room would be furnished with bed and other ikea pieces that can remain or be moved as required. Prefer no lease and would be looking to rent month to month. Great location for a student or professional trying to also, reduce their housing expenses.

I am a 43 year old single dad to my 12 year old black pug (dog), Moses. Lol. I am a construction project manager and looking to alleviate some of my living costs for the time being. Very clean, outgoing individual, who is respectful of others space and privacy. Never done this before, so the right fit would be necessary to move forward with this rental. However, it may be a great opportunity for the both of us, if a suitable candidate is seeking a nice home to rent a room this year into the spring / summer of ’24!
