Looking for females in their late 20s - mid/late 30s. No students please.

THE ROOM: Your room is at the back of the house, loads of natural light, access to a small back patio which is lovely to open , built in wardrobe, and the room is a decent size.

This room shares a full 3 peice bathroom with 1 other housemate - me! :) The bathroom has a bath tub and is about 3 steps from your door.

THE HOUSE: I live in a recently renovated, spacious unit of a converted house that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. We have the main door to the house as our entrance and each other unit has a separate entrance. Each of the two bathrooms has a lovely deep bath and each bedroom has a built in wardrobe.

The house is in a great loco - on Dovercourt Road, near Bloor, only a 5 min walk from Ossington Subway Station.

I’ve been sharing the unit with only 1 other roommate who’s moving out in 1-2 months. We currently use one of the rooms as a spare but looking for a vibey house and to rent out all rooms.

Most of the common areas are furnished, but we’re missing a few peices so happy for new roomies to contribute! We also have some older furniture from the previous tenants which could be swapped out for something better :)

PARKING There is space to park out the back.. but the landlords charge quite a bit for it. Otherwise there is council permit parking on the street.

A bit about me: I’m a 34 Australian from Melbourne, who loves to travel. I work for a Fintech company as a UX Designer and work 5 days from the office (only occasionally from home.) Im down for trying new restaurants and bars, going for walks, exploring, show and tell after a massive online clothes order, adventuring and road trips! I’m clean, but not a neat freak, and would love to live with housemates I can call my friends. I have a bf and we have a 10 month old springer spaniel called George! My bf and george are around every now and then for dinner or to hang out / build ikea furniture but we mostly stay at my bfs house - about 2-3 times a week.
