UFV Students preferred.

$750 per month, include all the utilities and WIFI. In house laundry.

One person per room, NO ROOM SHARING.

One kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared. I will also provide microwave, utensils, pans, plates, bows, cups and other small appliances.

The room is furnished with one single bed, a desk and a chair.

The location of the house is next to Berry Park. The location is in walking distance to UFV, parks, restaurant, Walmart, and Nofrills. No Pets No Smoking in the house No Drugs of any kind

• 15 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes biking to UFV
• 15 minutes walk to No Frills
• 20 minutes walk to Walmart
• 10 minutes walk to Mcdonald and other restaurants.

All the roomies are UFV students. Sharing spaces with 5 other students. currently there are 2 female students and 3 male students living in the house.
