Martina's room

The property is located in the heart of downtown toronto, and it’s an ideal place for students, especially the ones who might go to gbc or tmu. You can walk there because it’s a walking distance from the house. It has numerous amenities such as a study room, pool, gym and an area to walk dogs. The house has 2 rooms, one living room/kitchen and washroom. It also has a huge balcony which can be seen as an advantage to smokers. It is a small house so it’s easy to keep clean and we are also provided a locker. The room has a great view too. There is a TD bank downstairs and multiple grocery and convenience stores. The streetcar passes downstairs too. It is a 7 minute walk from dundas subway station and eaton center.
