We would appreciate someone quiet and clean.

Very convenient place, near Sainte Catherine street and Guy Concordia metro.

The rent include water, electricity, heating and internet.

Your room has an individual bathroom that is not shared with others.

The shared space on the kitchen, the washer and dryer, with 3 other roommates. There is no living room because it’s transformed into a room.

The girl next door is a Concordia student, she’s in her last year for a doctor degree and is a quiet person. Most of the time she’s home reading and writing thesis.

I’m the landlord (female), I work at home most of the time.

My 13 year old son is in another room. He’s at school most of the time and is very quiet too.

All of us are easy going people.
