semi house in waterloo by the boardwalk. 5 minute drive from waterloo university. quite nieghbourhood. furnished house, but room for rent is not furnished. AC, BBQ, decent sized backyard with large deck looking over the neighbourhood. 2 full bathrooms and one half one on the main floor. Cable is not included in the bills i pay for that.

Everyone is cool and gets along. One is a teacher, one owns a gym and I am a theater manager. We all tend to be busy and not home and if we are we stick to our rooms. We have game nights every once in a while.
