I am looking for a long-term roommate for this room. Can remove furniture if you would like a unfurnished room.

Spacious carpeted bedroom on the ground floor. 5-minute walk to all amenities (Bus Stop, Hillcrest Mall). Utilities included. This is a 3 bedroom property.

The apartment is furnished with a washer in the unit. Full laundry room located upstairs on the 2nd floor. Willing to work with roommates to design the house to suit everyone’s needs.

No smoking is allowed in the unit for health reasons but there is a sheltered smoking area right outside the front door.

Underground heated parking spots are available but they are an additional $50 a spot. For every additional person in the room is another $200 added to both the deposit cost and monthly rent.

Currently, It’s just me however since this is a large property, I am willing to take on 2 roommates. I am a widow, a nonsmoking female who spends most of her time working from home. I am quiet and prefer to do quiet activities (like reading, playing video games, or going to the gym) in my downtime.
