Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my room for winter term.

$1,000 with everything included.

The room is quite spacious and we have one studio, living room, kitchen and bathroom to share. You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other person, he’s the best roommate, a colombian guy who recently graduated from uni.

The apartment is located on Beaubien street, 7-minutes walk from Beaubien Metro, two blocks away from St Laurent St, 10-minute walk to Jean Talon Market and 20 mins to Jarry Park. All the restaurants, épiceries, bar a vin, and bakeries you can think of around. Honestly its an amazing neighborhood.

Only one roommate who is super chill and friendly, kindest guy you’ll ever meet, he is a 24-year old colombian guy who graduated recently from university and is now working in sustainability!
