About the room
Hi! 👋 I’m looking for a new female roommate to join me starting February 1st!
The place is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the second floor of a quiet building. There’s coin laundry on-site. Your room comfortably fits a queen bed with side tables or desk and has a closed closet. The apartment is fully furnished, so you’d only need to bring furniture for your bedroom.
There is street parking with no limits - I generally don’t have a hard time finding a spot. Also bus 100 Marpole right outside the building as well as busses on Oak and Granville that go right downtown. Marine gateway skytrain is about a 15-20 minute walk (or you can take the bus there from right outside the building) also tons of evos in the area generally.
✨ Rent is all-inclusive — utilities and internet are included in the monthly price as well as household things such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
A little about me: I’m 35, work full-time as an Interior Designer and enjoy hiking, travelling, breweries, and spending time with friends. I also really value a cozy, quiet night at home after work. I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly and respectful, happy to occasional share meals, wine, or the occasional movie night always makes a place feel more like home 🍷🎬
I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and tidy in shared spaces (cleaning up after cooking, keeping things uncluttered). I’m definitely not a clean freak, but a generally neat home is important to me.
I also have a really cute cat named Harvey who is super playful! He can get spooked at loud noises but is generally great with new people. He’s 1-1/2 years old. Picture attached 🥰
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for, and let’s chat!
Serious inquiries only, please. I won’t respond to “Is this available?” Unfortunately, work-from-home won’t work for this space, and no couples.
Looking forward to hearing from you! 😊
About the roomies
I’m 35 and work as an Interior Designer. I love to travel, hike, go to breweries and events in an around Vancouver. I also love my home time and sometimes just need to come home in the evening and watch some TV. Always up to have a meal together or watch a movie or even a wine night!
