We are looking for responsible tenants that are interested in sharing a beautiful home with others - ensuite bathrooms or shared bathrooms available. Located in the heart of Broadmoor [South Richmond], one of Richmond’s most peaceful and safe areas, the location is ideal for individuals with a car. However, public transit is easily accessible with the next bus stop being right infant of the house. It takes 20min by bus to reach the Canada Line at Richmond Center. Also located in walking distance are a supermarket, a shopping plaza and multiple restaurants. In addition, Elementary and Secondary Schools are close by which makes the area interesting for families raising young kids and teenagers.
The house has a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which are all vacant at this point - 5 bed rooms are on the top floor while the other 4 are located on ground level. Prices per room range from $1,300 for a smaller private room with shared bathroom up to $2,200 for a large bedroom with WIC and ensuite bathroom [Utilities included]. All rooms are furnished and equipped with basics such as: a bed, a lamp and a closet. If further furniture is needed, this can be discussed on a case by case basis and added. The main floor consists of a kitchen, wok kitchen, eating area with dining table overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard. The backyard is equipped with gas and water hookups for a BBQ and an outdoor hot tub.
Requirements on new tenant ⁃ At least 6-month rental agreement ⁃ Work permit or Student Visa required ⁃ Valid tenant insurance ⁃ Clean and friendly attitude, preferably experience in shared living
