Nice room in cozy shared apartment (North Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay)

I am moving out and am looking for a new roommate for my friend (it’s a 2 bedroom + den apartment). Female preferred, may be pet friendly depending on the animal as you would be sharing the space with my current roommate and her dog. Rent for the room is $1,224 a month, plus utilities ($50 internet and ~$35 bc hydro) Security deposit is $612.

The location is in Lower Lonsdale, less than a 15 minute walk to the Lonsdale Quay with gorgeous views of Vancouver from the balcony. The available room is the master bedroom with a walk in closet, it connects into the bathroom and the den area.

Roommate is very nice and tidy! She loves hiking, spending time with friends, baking, and long walks with her dog Cali.

She would love to connect with a roommate that becomes a friend but she’s also respectful of others’ space.
