About the room

1 bedroom available in the first-floor unit of a house. The house is centrally located in Port Arthur, close to the Bay and Algoma neighbourhood and a short walking/driving distance from downtown PA. This is a non-smoking, non-drinking household. LGBTQ2S+ friendly is an absolute must. There is laundry in the basement. Hydro is not included in the rent. There is currently a bed in the room but that can be removed if need be.

About the roomies

I currently live here with my two cats. My cats do not do well with other animals so we can not accommodate more pets. I work full-time and am a homebody who doesn’t drink, smoke, or party. The ideal roommate would be someone who is mature, respectful, tidy, and an animal lover.
