It is located close to to Charlevoix metro station on the green line (8 minutes of walking) and with easy access to bus 57 that stops at the end of the street (one minute away from the apartment to the bus stop). The location of the apartment is also close to several options for groceries (Maxi, IGA etc).

Your room is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, night stand, desk and chair, and it comes with its own small balcony with front view of the apartment. Monthly rental for your share is $ $790 including all utilities. it is available from Jan-Aug 2024. The unit is also furnished with washer and dryer. I am temporarily relocating to another province so I am looking for someone respectful and tidy to take over the room in the mean time. It is ideal for student on exchange study or those who are new to the city and needed to stay in furnished accommodation.

You will be sharing the apartment with Chris, a PhD student in McGill in his late 20s. He is respectful, quiet, disciplined and enjoy good and deep conversation. He speaks English, Spanish and French. He is curious about different cultures and passionate about learning them.
