I have a home in Charleswood I’m looking to rent the basement out too. It’s in a quiet part of Charleswood. It is finished. Roughly 700sqft, Has a half bath, and would have to share the upstairs for the shower. At the moment you’d get about 2/3 of the basement for yourself as I use it for some storage. I’d be working to make sure you get most of it to yourself, and you could use some of the furniture downstairs if it would suite you. Large driveway for parking, bills included. Large back yard. Laundry downstairs. I am handy and have a full garage available if you need work done on your vehicle. I could make it available for rent sooner. Would just need to make room in the basement.

Im in my early 30’s and have a girlfriend in her late 20’s that stays over often. A very calm German shepard mix. Open to other dogs if they are well trained and predictable. Fairly calm and quiet house. We don’t really party or make lots of noise. Very welcoming and open to anyone. Would be nice if we got along and could be friends aswell.
