It’s a brand new room and Bathroom i built for some extra income. It’s in the basement with great light and central air. The back yard is spectacular with garden, grass, fire pit, hammock, hot tub and cold tub.
It’s a shared driveway with the neighbors that don’t drive so parking is never an issue. Actually a big reason I moved here 4 years ago from trinity bellwooods area.
The street is very safe and quiet
