The room available is the master bedroom. The room has two double closets and a single closet. There is a double bed, night table, desk and a dresser in the room. Large north facing windows to allow lots of brightness. You have your own four piece ensuite bathroom. You have access to the sitting room and large balcony. Utilities and high speed internet are included in the rent. The house is located in McKernan Community which is ten blocks from the University of Alberta and Whyte Avenue. Four blocks from McKernan/Belgravia LRT and one block from #4 bus route. No smoking in the house. No pets sorry. Minimum of four month lease.

At the moment it is a mixed house. Some students some working professionals. It is fairly quiet house. Some of the residents live in the basement with their own kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
