Alby's room

Looking for someone who can rent a whole living room in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment in Yonge-Eglinton. The building has gym, pool, party room, bbq area, and concierge. You will have full access to the balcony and we have an ensuite washer and dryer.

It will be me and my sister occupying the bedroom. We are clean and quiet individuals who are mostly at work most of the time. We have a 5-month old shih tzu, so we are looking for a roommate who’s okay with a puppy.
