About the room
Hello! I’m subletting my room while I go on exchange this winter. The sublet would be from Dec 1ST 2023 (flexible) to sept 1st 2024.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a triplex apartment on st Joseph and de bullion. The apartment sits right in the middle of the plateau and mile end and is close to parcs, bars, clubs, deps, and grocery stores. The apartment is a 7 minute walk to Laurier metro and across the street from a various bus routes.
The apartment has two living rooms, two balcony’s (one private), an office, storage room, bathroom, and kitchen. The place is veryyyy large. The room itself is the biggest in the house and has a huge window that gets beautiful morning light. The room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, closet, desk, and shelves. The apartment is fully furnished with all appliances including in unit washer dryer. The apartment gets a lot of sun as well! We like to keep the space very clean.
Because there are already two cats in the apartment, we are against having a third.

About the roomies
You would be living with Tommy & Hugues.
Hugues (he/him) is 25 and studying finance at the UQAM. He loves to garden, go for bike rides, do photography, build electronics, play video games, aqua scape, watch movies, and cook French cuisine. He is from France and speaks both French and English. He has two cats, Jean and Charles.
Tommy (he/him) is 25 and studying urbanism at UDEM. He loves to cycle, play chess, watch movies, explore nature, and play video games. He is very interested in design as well. Tommy is from Quebec City and speaks both French and English
