Fully furnished room in a two-floor house near Brentwood Mall and Skytrain station. The house includes everything you need, from laundry machines to bedsheets and cutlery. There is also plenty of space to study, relax and eat.

The property is in front of a bus stop and 10 minutes away by foot from the R5 rapid bus and other buses (Holdom and Brentwood Skytrain stations are 5 minutes away by bus). There are many restaurants, cafés, gyms and stores nearby as well. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

We are 3 students who are friendly and quiet. We like to maintain a clean and respectful environment while taking care of each other along the way. We are looking for a roommate who shares these values with us.
