January 1st move in, an earlier move-in date is also possible. The lease ends in June with a possibility to extend. The apartment is centrally located in the golden triangle just off of Elgin street. 20 minute walk from Uottawa, close to all major bus routes and O-train, restaurants, bars, and shops. The building is clean and quiet, 3 floors and 12 units total. Amenities include in-building washer and dryer, all stainless steel appliances, AC, heat, and a large balcony.
