Available from now until the end of April as I am going away on exchange for university. The room for rent is fully furnished, with a bed, desk/dresser, closet and even it’s own balcony. The apartment also has a balcony off the kitchen with a nice view of the city and neighbourhood. We also have an in unit washing machine. Excellent location with great grocery stores and markets at walking distance. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from. Sherbrooke metro is a five minute walk away and McGill University is 20 min away. Hydro and wifi is not included. I am also willing to negotiate lowering the rent.

My two other roommates are both looking for subletters as well, so you may be living with people chosen by them.
