Located on Keith Road between Mountain Highway and Grand Boulevard.

Available now or December 1, 2023. Other November move-in dates can be prorated.

One private bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space = $1500 + 15% of house utilities, damage deposit required

• Bedroom has large closet, west-facing window, space for a queen-sized bed and other furniture (if furniture is needed, let’s chat)
• Living space is furnished
• Kitchen has new appliances and all cooking necessities
• Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the suite
• In-suite laundry
• Bathtub and gas fireplace
• Off-street parking spot and storage for a bike available
• Private south-facing yard with covered area and gardening opportunities
• No smoking or vaping, no partying
• No strong synthetic scents/scented candles please
• Transit: 232 and 255 both stop directly in front of the house; 210 and 209 are an 8 minute walk downhill
• Walk to Park & Tilford, Bridgman Park, Lynn Creek in less than 15 minutes; breweries in 20 minutes
• Views of the Ironworkers Bridge, East Vancouver and Burnaby

I’m looking for an individual (not suited for couples) to share the suite with myself, ideally a working professional or full-time student. I’m seeking someone who is conscientious, clean, communicates respectfully, and understands the jive of being sociable, while still living individual lives. Bonus points if you’re keen on gardening:)
