Hi there! We are looking for someone to take over a lease in May, 2024. (You would sign a one year lease) One bedroom available in a four bedroom unit, in a triplex. We split wifi and utilities, which are not included in our rent. We have a super cute bay window in our living room (photos and video available upon request). Decorated with cute furniture and fairy lights! Looking for a student or young working professional, located close to downtown and Queens campus.
