The living room along with the kitchen, washroom and balcony is shared. Comes with in-suite washer and dryer. The Apartment is 5 minutes walk to Burquitlam station with a bus stop across the street. Amenities include basketball court, gym, swimming pool, sauna, concierge and etc. It is a really nice building and I don’t wanna loose it!

Hey! I am in my last year at SFU and my roommate is graduating and moving to Toronto so I am looking for someone to replace her! I work at Aritzia and hang out with my friends out of the house. I am extremely clean and honestly expect the same specially since the washroom and kitchen are both shared. I mostly spend time in my room and keep to myself.
