An upstairs room in a 2 story modern style home, located in Copeland Park Area. Close intersection is Clyde and Baseline. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. The house has 2 washrooms, you will be sharing with one female roommate. You will have access to washer & dryer, 2 shared fridges / freezers (one is located in the basement), oven, dishwasher and other amenities. Your shared washroom has a double sink, a shower and a bath tub. Hydro and Internet are not included in the $700 rent. Hydro tends to end up about $25 a person, and internet is about $20 each.

3 full time students/ working young women ages 25 and 26. Looking to find a female roommate who is respectful, clean, and kind. We would like to have somebody who cares about doing their part in keeping communal areas clean. There is one female dog in the home, a Golden Retriever / Bernese Mountain Dog mix. She is very friendly so we would like somebody who likes animals. We are not looking to have more animals in the house at this time. We are all very friendly, but have busy schedules and often keep to ourselves. There is no smoking in the house, but outside is okay. Parking is available. The available date to move in is April 1, 2024.
