NOTE : I don’t have a place yet, but will be looking at this specific apartment or similar (2 bed 2 bath, rent split at about $1300 to 1500 each). For the purpose of this listing, I am using the floorplan of an apartment I think would be great and that is available for January-February move-in. It’s called Rhythm and Managed by Rhapsody Property Management Services. But should availability change, I would be looking into similar buildings in the area. About the apartment:

• 2 bed 2 bath
• In-unit laundry
• Parking (I presume additional $ - I have contacted them for this info)
• Fitness center (+ yoga studio)

I’m just wrapping up my Bachelor’s and looking to move out for January-February. I’m pretty quiet and mostly keep to myself. I will be working full time - 4 days from home, 1 from the office. I also have a part-time job during weekend and the odd evening. I don’t currently have any pets but may have my parents’ dog(s) (probably only one at a time) over for visits. I’m not generally the type to have a lot of people over but may have a few friends here and there. I’m looking for someone respectful to share an apartment with. If we get along that’d be awesome too :). I’m usually fine with pets, though would want to discuss that first. As I said, I’m not 100% sure on the apartment yet but I’m hoping this sort of listing will get more attention and worst case, if this exact apartment doesn’t work out, we can look into other similar listings!
